Aprons will be provided to cover your clothes. However, we do recommend wearing clothing that you wouldn’t be too upset about getting a little messy.
You don’t need to print anything; you only need to show your email upon arrival at the venue.
No refunds are allowed. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event and are based on availability. We offer the Hand on Art Guarantee to allow exchanges/refunds, this can be purchased at point of booking.

Doors will open 15 minutes prior to the start time of the experience. Come on down, grab a drink and relax before your experience starts.
We won’t turn anyone away who arrives late, but please be mindful that these are rich experience classes and late arrival might mean you miss an integral part of the medium technique.
Yes, we have a private unisex toilet available in the studio.
No animals, besides service animals, are allowed under any circumstances.
Smoking/vaping is strictly not allowed during the experiences.
