Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received.
After form submission, a team member will:
Finalise your design and booking date

Take a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your slot
Booking Availability
Bookings open 1st November – 15th December each year.
Late November and early December are peak times and carry a seasonal premium.
Booking early is advised to avoid disappointment.
Measuring Your Windows
Measure the glass area only — not the frame
Use metres (m) when entering measurements.
For multi-panel windows (e.g. bifolds, bay windows, patio doors):
Measure each panel’s width and height
Add them together for the total area
You must upload a clear photo of your window(s) with your form.
