Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Hand on Art Studio Ltd. “You,” “purchaser,” or “participants” refer to individuals who purchase tickets from our website for sessions or intend to do so. Hand on Art Studio Ltd provides this website, including all information, tools, and services available here, to you under the condition that you accept all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated herein.

By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms of Service” or “Terms”), including any additional terms and policies referenced here. These Terms of Service apply to all site users, including but not limited to browsers, vendors, participants, merchants, and content contributors.

We urge you to read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please refrain from accessing the website or using our services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is strictly limited to these Terms of Service.

New features or tools added to the current website will also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most recent version of the Terms of Service on this page at any time. We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. Purchases Through This Website

All currency and purchase transactions will be performed in Great British Pounds (GBP). Hand on Art Studio Ltd reserves the right to change pricing at any time. All prices quoted on this website include a 20% Goods and Services Tax (VAT), unless specified otherwise.

When you make a purchase on our website, you consent to receive communications from us via email and text message. Should you wish to opt out of these communications, you have the option to unsubscribe by selecting the “Unsubscribe” link at the end of our newsletter emails. Alternatively, you may send an email to our customer service team at hello@handonartstudio.co.uk to request removal from our mailing list.

Refund & Reschedule Policy

Prior to 48 hours before your session:
Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled for £10 GBP non-negotiable fee* per transaction up to 48-hours before a scheduled session time.

Within 48 hours of your session:
If cancelling or rescheduling within that 48 hour window, a £15 non-negotiable fee* per ticket will be applied.
When rescheduling, the customer will need to choose the next most convenient session date that is available or Hand on Art Studio Ltd can provide a credit towards a future booking (minus the rebooking fee).

IMPORTANT: We are very strict on ‘no shows’. If a customer does not show up for the class, we’ll still charge the full amount. We are unable to refund, reschedule or provide credit for a missed session.

Private Functions

Private Event deposits are non-refundable. If the full amount has been paid and there is more than 2 weeks before the session date, we can reschedule your private events to another date that is suitable for yourself & also the Hand on Art Studio Ltd. We are unable to refund or reschedule private events within the 2 weeks of your session date. The full amount will be forfeited.

All Private events must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the event. The studio reserves the right to cancel events should payment not be received 48 hours prior to commencement and refuse entry.

The Hand on Art Guarantee does not apply to Private events. If you have accidentally purchased it with your Private events, we are more than happy to refund the Hand on Art Guarantee fee at your request.

Hand on Art Guarantee

Hand on Art Guarantee costs £3 per ticket. The Hand on Art Guarantee:

Provides participants with the option to reschedule or cancel tickets at any time prior to the session commencing.
Allows x1 free change before normal rebooking fees are incurred.
Waives the fee for rescheduling and cancelling tickets.
Must be purchased at the time of booking.

Exclusions:

Doesn’t apply to private events.
Doesn’t allow for reschedules after the session has already commenced.
For cancellations with the Hand on Art Guarantee, the full amount of tickets minus the Hand on Art Guarantee cost will be refunded.

In studio purchases

Hand on Art Studio Ltd offers and sells products in the studio. All currency and purchase transactions in the studio will be performed in Great British Pounds (GBP). Hand on Art Studio Ltd reserves the right to change pricing at any time. All prices quoted in the studio include a 20% Goods and Services Tax (VAT), unless specified otherwise.

The studios accept the following payment methods:

By making a purchase through our studio, you agree to receive email and SMS notices. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of the newsletter email, or by emailing us at hello@handonartstudio.co.uk.

Refunds on In Studio Purchases
Please be careful when making a purchase in the studio as refunds cannot be given once you have left the premises. For refund support please email us at hello@handonartstudio.co.uk.

Cancellation of Session by Hand On Art

In the event a public session is cancelled by Hand on Art Studio Ltd, the ticket purchaser will be notified via email or text message no later than 24 hours prior to their session scheduled start time. Ticket purchasers will be offered a reschedule to another upcoming session or credited the value of their purchase for future use.

Digital Gift Cards

Gift Cards are non-refundable and can only be used prior to their expiry date. Expiry is 1 year from issue date.
Gift Cards are delivered via email and contain instructions on how to redeem online through our checkout. Our online gift cards are not a physical product.
Gift Cards can only be redeemed on Experience tickets and payments towards private events. You cannot redeem on purchasing another gift card or any in-studio purchases including refreshment purchases.
Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash. You cannot obtain any cash advance with your Gift Card or receive any portion of the remaining Gift Card Value in cash. Gift Cards cannot be purchased using a promotional discount or coupon codes.
Hand on Art Guarantee does not apply to Gift Cards. If you have accidentally purchased it with your Private events, we are more than happy to refund the Hand on Art Guarantee fee at your request.
Gift Cards can be used on multiple occasions until the balance is zero.
Gift Cards are non-refundable.

Booking Confirmation

Upon purchase, your booking will be submitted to Hand on Art Studio Ltd for processing. You will receive a confirmation email stating the date, time, ticket quantity, and cost of your booking. This email confirmation of your order will be taken as proof of your acceptance of the provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the data recorded by Hand on Art Studio Ltd on its server shall be treated as legal evidence of the transaction between Hand on Art Studio Ltd and the Purchaser.

Competitions and Promotional Offers

Hand on Art Studio Ltd may use the Website, email marketing and social media channels to run competitions and other promotional offers. You acknowledge that by participating in such competitions and promotional offers, you have read and agree to be bound by any additional terms and conditions applicable to those competitions and promotional offers and you have consented to use of your personal information in accordance with those terms and conditions and the Hand on Art Studio Ltd Privacy Policy may be amended from time to time.

Welcome Discount Promotion T&C's

Participation in the Welcome Discount Promotion is deemed acceptance of the below Terms and Conditions:

The discount will only be provided when a new subscriber enters our email database and can only be used once (1) per subscriber. It cannot be used multiple times.
Customers will get a 10% discount on experience tickets price using the code provided in their email.
To activate the discount, customers must use the provided promotional code at checkout when booking public sessions on the Hand on Art website.
The discount code cannot be used on private function bookings or gift cards.
The discount code cannot be used on any in-studio purchases or redeemed at the studio bar.
The discount code cannot be used with other discount/promotion codes.
The discount will be forfeited if a ticket is cancelled or refunded.
The discount offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.
The discount code cannot be applied retroactively to already made purchases.
Management reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.

Minors

This website is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. All participants in Hand on Art Studio Ltd Public Events must be 18 and over unless otherwise stated. Family Friendly events (meaning suitable for minors with adult supervision) and Kids Events are stated accordingly on the sessions and are suitable for participants under the age of 18. Minors attending Private events are at the discretion of the Studio and event organiser. Individual participants under the age of 18 requesting access to an over 18 Public Event will be approved at the discretion of the studio manager. Participants with minors attending events accept responsibility for their supervision.

Conditions of Entry to studio

Hand on Art House Rules

As your hosts, we have a social and legal obligation to create a safe environment for you to enjoy, where you may create art and socialise.

Hand on Art Studio Ltd does not accept responsibility for any losses or damage incurred to personal belongings or clothing.
We encourage participants to be sober for our events, for their own safety, and we will ask any participants to leave if we consider them to be intoxicated.
Zero tolerance is taken to any act of violence, unruly or indecent behaviour both towards other participants and staff members, offenders will be asked to leave the premises immediately and may be charged as per the law.
Offensive, abusive language and misbehaviour will not be tolerated, and offenders will be asked to leave.
Follow guidance of staff and refrain from speaking over instructions, hindering the experience for other participants. Participants may be refused entry or asked to leave the premises if they do not follow such terms.
Hand on Art Studio Ltd premises are strictly smoke-free and smoking is not permitted under any circumstances. We ask any participants who take breaks to smoke outside of the studio premises to remove their apron for hygiene purposes.
For the safety and security of participants and staff, please note recorded video surveillance and silent alarms may be in use.
Participants should not cause damage to any property owned by Hand on Art Studio Ltd. Participants may be held liable to any costs of damages.
Hand on Art Studio Ltd may take promotional photos or videos during a public or private event. All participants have the right to decline to have their images captured and should make this known to the staff members. Participants should also avoid taking photographs and videos of other participants, unless permission is given. No images are to be captured of minors, unless permission is granted by the parent or guardian.
Hand on Art Studio Ltd has a zero tolerance to illegal substances. Any patrons found to be using illegal substances, or under the influence of any illegal substances will be asked to leave the premises immediately and may be charged as per the law.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The purchaser agrees that the provision of any service, including but not limited to experiences, purchased from our website is at the Purchaser’s sole risk. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Hand on Art Studio Ltd will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, or from any services provided from this website or establishment, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. No oral advice or written information given by Hand on Art nor its affiliates, nor any of their officers’ directors, employees, agents, providers, or the like, shall create a warranty or legal obligation; nor shall the purchaser rely on any such information or advice.
